All You Can Stock Review

All You Can Stock Microstock Agency

UPDATE: As of January 22nd 2013, All You Can Stock has closed up shop, quoting “insufficient sales numbers.” They have promised to honour paying all outstanding balances to contributors, as well as deleting all images. See comments section below for a full description of their email to contributors.

All You Can Stock is a brand new microstock agency that is making big leaps in a short space of time. By the time you will be reading this they will have well over 100,000 images in their library. This may not sound that impressive, but they have only been around since June 2011.

So far All You Can Stock have demonstrated excellent communication with their contributors, accepting feedback and making needed changes. Their website is constantly evolving, with new features and upgrades appearing every few weeks. But the real draw card for most photographers and graphic designers is that All You Can Stock pays 75% commissions on all sales. Plus you can even set your own image prices!

Why sign up with All You Can Stock?

  • Excellent commission rate of 75% for all sales
  • Ability to set your own price per image (default is $8)
  • Management take contributors suggestions and feedback seriously
  • Website is continually improving
  • Getting in early with a promising start-up is a great thing long-term
  • Image acceptance rates are very high
  • FTP upload system is a breeze

What’s the downside to All You Can Stock?

  • Being new it doesn’t have an established client base yet
  • Website feels a little clunky, not the most well designed out there
  • No video footage yet

All You Can Stock Review – Conclusion

If you are looking to expand your list of microstock agencies, or if you are just starting to give microstock photography a go, then All You Can Stock is a worthy option. Most contributors have already seen some sales. Plus the ability to set your own prices in addition to 75% commission is hard to beat.

They have an excellent FTP upload system which you can request access to after having an initial few images accepted. No annoying categories or anything else, just upload and they do the rest. Some bigger agencies could learn a lot from the simple upload process of the smaller guys.

There seems to be a bit of buzz around All You Can Stock and people have high expectations for this microstock agency. So far it seems quite justified. Getting on board with them at this early stage could be a great decision if they continue their rapid climb.

Image Requirements – jpg, 380 pxls and watch quality

I’m not sure how much this affects others, but since I’m starting out with a 4MP point and shoot the image requirements are prohibitive on some sites. I’m happy to say All You Can Stock looks like some of my smaller photos will be acceptable here.

Too bad nobody goes there…

they have a “free” section with no downloads??? Yes I said free :)

even views per image are very low, the most views I’ve received is 3! How they stay in business is beyond me???

I got to thinking and after what happened with superhug going out of biz and without even a quick email to its contib.

I took my images off “all you can stock” They could be wonderful people and a wonderful co. I’m just not taking any chances.

as a side note, I’ve had very good experiences on some of the other suggested sites :)

Fair enough Kim, I understand your reasoning. Sales at AYCS have all but stopped for me, so if I don’t see any improvements in the next 12 months I may have to follow your lead.

It’s a shame when an agency starts out so well, but then just seems to not gain traction in the marketplace.

Competition in this industry is pretty fearsome and advertising is a must

All images will be permanently deleted immediately from all allyoucanstock storages.
All contact details will be removed after all outstanding balances are transfered but no later than 30 calendar days.

All technical and sales logs will be permanently deleted within 365 calendar days.

Should you have any questions please contact us:

beyond 30 calendar days: allyoucanstock@gmail.com

The toll free number will be deactivated immediately. ”

To their credit, at least they dealt with their closure MUCH better than Superhug.

Perhaps 2013 will be the year of the small microstock sites closing. Times certainly are tougher than ever in the industry.
